Shipping & Returns


We hand print everything in our Colorado studio! Most t-shirts and sweatshirts are printed on a made to order basis. Once you place an order, you can expect your items to ship within 3-5 business days. I aim to ship your items as quickly as possible!

When your item has been prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. I can only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. August Ink is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

Domestic Shipping

Items ship to addresses in the United States via USPS First Class mail and typically take 2-5 days to arrive at your door. August Ink offers a flat rate shipping fee for orders $24.99 and under. Orders totaling $25 or more ship for free! (US only)

If you need to upgrade to priority or express shipping you can select those options during checkout. 

International Shipping

International orders ship via US Postal Service First class mail. Depending on your location, it could take up to 4 weeks to receive your order, but my experience is that most orders arrive sooner. Shipping upgrades are also available for international orders once you've added an item to your cart. Shipping costs do not cover any tax, import or VAT fees you may incur by purchasing an item from August Ink and shipping to a location outside the US. These fees are the customer's responsibitly and it may be required for you to pay these fees before you are able to receive your order.

Free Exchanges! Easy Returns!

Buying something online can be hard sometimes! But I don't want it to be. That's why August Ink offers free exchanges and easy returns! Just be sure to contact me within 30 days of purchasing to arrange your exchange or return.

Exchange & Return Policy

August Ink accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of placing your order. Upon receipt of your order please open your package and make sure everything arrived safely. If for some reason the item(s) was damaged or was not what you expected, we will happily accept an exchange or return. The item must have been purchased from and must be returned in it's original condition and unused. Items marked as Final Sale may not be exchanged or returned.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are free! Exchanges are made by contacting with your order number and information about the item you'd like to exchange. Easiest way to do this is to reply to your order confirmation or shipping notification email. I will email you back with a return label to ship back your item via USPS. Once I receive your item(s) I will ship out the new size you requested.

RETURNS: Returns can be made by contacting with your order number and the item you'd like to return and I will provide a return label via email.  Easiest way to do this is to reply to your order confirmation or shipping notification email. Returns made this way will receive a full refund for the value of the item(s) returned less any shipping fees (the original shipping fee + $5 return shipping fee). If you'd prefer to purchase your own return postage, just let me know in your email and I will provide the return address.
